Some people confuse ignorance and stupidity, thinking that ignorance is a flaw like stupidity, and they do not realize that we all are ignorant of something in one way or another, and only Allah knows all knowledge. The word ignorant is an adjective for lack of knowledge, but stupidity is an adjective for lack of ability to comprehend knowledge, and that is more dangerous.
